Wholesale Terms
- Ordering Minimums
- There is a wholesale minimum order of $100.00 CAD for each of Metal Mafia (including Playboy) and Wildcat.
We eliminate minimum quantities wherever possible to give you the
freedom to do business the way you want. In the very few instances
where there are minimums, they are set in order to be able to give you
the best price, which would not be possible with higher labour costs of
single pieces.
- Shipping
- Our preferred carrier is Canada Post. We accept COD payment with Canada Post only. If for some reason your order is returned to us, and you wish us to resend it, you will be responsible for return freight and duplicate outbound shipping charges. If it is returned and you do not want it, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus all shipping charges associated with the package. We can ship UPS upon request and prefer payment by credit card.
- Returns & Replacements
- If it breaks because it was not made right, call us and send it back for a refund (restocking fee may apply). If you just decide you don't like it, too bad. You should have thought of that when you ordered it. It is pictured, after all.
- Payment and Pricing
- We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Canada Post COD (Cash on Delivery). We do not accept cheques. The price is the lowest available, so there are no further discounts. Stop crying!
- Backorders
- We will make every attempt to ship all
products contained in the order at the same time. Wildcat and Metal
Mafia orders are filled at head office in the UK or New York and then
shipped to Vancouver. The website does not track inventory so some
items may not be available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have
ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Products that are
unavailable at the time of shipping will be cancelled and can be reordered on your next order. You will only be charged for
products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping
charges.
- Viewing Orders
- Log into your account. From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. Select "View Order" to view your order. Under view order, you can view the invoices and the shipments. You can also get the tracking number for each shipment. Selecting "Reorder" will repopulate your shopping cart with items you have ordered in the past so you can edit quantities and add items to create a brand new order.
- Updating Account Information
- Log into your account, click on account information, click edit in the appropriate area, change and save. you can also view your Reviews, Product Tags, and Wishlists and edit Newsletter Subscriptions.
- Privacy & Security
- This website is protected by 128 bit
security with an SSL certificate from godaddy.com. We do not share
your information with anyone! You are our client and we treat you like
family!
