MOMS has been designed exclusively for In2it Body Jewelry & Piercing Supplies. It manages all client sales orders and invoicing online. MOMS contains all the most current products and pricing. MOMS gives you real time access to your client account and information about your order.
You do not put any credit card information into MOMS.
1. Always have the most current product list and prices at your fingertips.
2. Search and view products by product code (sku), description, price, product line.
3. See if a product on sell down, close out (on sale) or discontinued (if it's not in MOMS it is no longer available).
4. Create an order quickly and easily (watch the tutorial!)
5. Place your order online when it is convenient for you.
6. Choose your shipping and payment method (client pre-set, or order by order).
7. Change quantities, add and delete items easily.
8. See the total of your order as you make changes.
9. Print or download your order to save it or email it to the shop owner.
10. Add to your order at any time of day up until the order deadline, no need to call!
11. See the current status of your order, no need to call to see where it's at!
12. View all sales orders, invoices and back orders (and their status) on your client Home page.
13. Choose which backorders to keep and which to delete.
14. Avoid issues with verbal communication when placing phone orders.
15. Avoid issues with email orders and faxes (like missing details or hard to read faxes) which delays the processing of the order.
