There is a wholesale minimum order* of $100.00 CAD. We eliminate minimum quantities wherever possible to give you the freedom to do business the way you want. In the very few instances where there are minimums, they are set in order to be able to give you the best price, which would not be possible with higher labour costs of single pieces.

Creating Orders using MOMS

When you create an order it is PENDING. This allows you to price out your order and finalize it before submitting it. An order that is PENDING is NOT an order, it is on hold until you mark it APPROVED. Creating an APPROVED Sales Order in MOMS is the same as giving In2it a Purchase Order. It is a commitment to buy. Once your order is marked approved, it will remain OPEN (you can add to it) until the order deadline. Once it is marked PROCESSING by In2it you will no longer be able to add to it (you must create a new Sales Order, or call us to add items).

RUSH orders for piercing basics

We have RUSH packages available to ship right away. You must CALL to order RUSH packs. When you need items in a hurry: 316L externally threaded piercing basics pack; internally threaded piercing basics pack; microdermal pack; piercing supplies pack. Bioflex and piercing needles are usually in stock and can ship with Rush packs.

Deadline for Orders

Orders for Metal Mafia only: Orders placed Wednesday to Friday ship out the next Mon-Tues. Orders placed Saturday to Tuesday ship out on Thurs-Frid.
Order deadline for Wildcat only: Monday at 1pm - orders ship out the next Monday-Tuesday (1 week processing time). Orders received Tues—Sun will be processed on Monday and ship the next Mon-Tues. (up to 2 weeks processing time).
Order deadline when ordering both Metal Mafia & Wildcat: Fridays at 1pm (ships 10 business days later on Mon-Tues, unless you specific that you which Metal Mafia items to ship separately – extra shipping charges apply)
If your order is not received before the deadline, we will do our best to include it in the shipment for that week, however there is the possibility that your order will be delayed until the following week (this is more likely in the winter months).

Shipping

Our preferred carrier is Canpar and you will receive the best shipping rate with Canpar. We accept COD payment with Canpar only. You may choose an alternate shipping method if you pay by credit card. If for some reason your order is returned to us, and you wish us to resend it, you will be responsible for return freight and duplicate outbound shipping charges. If it is returned and you do not want it, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges associated with the package. Shipping charges (Canpar) for a standard package (under 1 kg/2 lbs) is $12.00 for Western Provinces and $17.00 for Eastern Provinces. Shipping costs for oversized, high value, or shipments using an alternate carrier will be priced accordingly. If you chose COD, make certain you have CASH to give to the driver on the scheduled delivery date. You will get an email telling you when your package is shipped and when it is due to arrive.

Returns & Replacements

Inspect your order when you receive it. If you find a manufacturer’s defect, please report it within 48 hours of receiving your order using the Return Authorization system in MOMS. Then you can send the item back for a replacement or refund. If you just decide you don’t like it, too bad. You should have thought of that when you ordered it. It is pictured, after all. In2it reserves the right accept or deny returns for any other reason and to apply a 20% re-stocking fee on any returns that do not comply with this policy.

Payment and Pricing

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Canpar COD (CASH ONLY on Delivery). We do not accept cheques. We offer the lowest price available to everyone. There are no further discounts. However you can earn free products by using our Master Order Management System (MOMS) to place your order. Prices are subject to change at any time. New Clients: your first order must be paid by credit card. Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form Thereafter you may choose to pay by COD. Payments are processed manually by In2it. If you choose a credit card payment method you must have a credit card on file.

Backorders

We will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Wildcat and Metal Mafia orders are filled at head office in the UK or New York and then shipped to Vancouver. MOMS contains the most up to date product list but does not track inventory so some items may not be available. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping can be tracked in MOMS however you must reorder* any backordered items that you want to receive. Backorders are tracked by MOMS for 30 days and then are automatically deleted. *see Creating An Order Tutorial for instructions.

*a $5.00 minimum order processing fee will be applied to all orders under the $100 (sub-total) minimum.
